Joseph S. Haas

President and CEO

Joseph Haas was named President of Holden Industries in 2004, having previously served as Corporate Controller, Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice-President of Operations, and Chief Operating Officer of the Company's predecessor.

Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Drexel University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Illinois CPA Society and the Financial Executives Institute.

Elena Black

Director of Strategic Planning

Elena joined Holden in October 2017 as Manager of Strategic Planning and Analysis. Elena brings over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and investment banking advisory and valuation services. Elena graduated magna cum laude with a BA in International Economics from Azerbaijan State Economic University and received her MBA in Finance and International Business from the University of South Carolina. She holds Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Financial Risk Manager (FRM) and Chartered Alternative Investments Analyst (CAIA) designations.

David Danielski

Mario Fricano

Corporate Controller

Mario started employment with Holden in September of 2020 as the Assistant Controller. He acclimated quickly and was promoted to Corporate Controller in October of 2021. Mario earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Certificate in Accounting from the University of Illinois. His prior experience includes audit, tax, and advisory services.

Jay Schauer

Chief Financial Officer

Jay Schauer joined Holden in May 2019 as the Chief Financial Officer. Jay has over twenty nine years of financial, banking, transaction, and risk management experience in both the private and public sectors. Prior to joining Holden Industries, he was the Executive Vice President for a $250 million division of a global footwear manufacturer, distributor, and retailer where he spent 19 years with increasing financial and operational responsibilities; most recently as the Chief Financial Officer. Jay holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Marquette University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Barbra Barkley

Becky Streff

Vice President of People Operations

Becky joined Holden in March of 2022 as Vice President of People Operations. Becky brings over twenty-six years of organizational effectiveness, human resources, financial, employee stock ownership plan, and strategic planning experience. Becky has a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Iowa, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa. She is a member of the Board of Directors of The ESOP Association. She is passionate about employee ownership and has helped employee-owners appreciate the responsibilities and rewards of demonstrating an ownership mentality by creating several educational and communication initiatives throughout the company.

JoAnne Williams

General Counsel

JoAnne has been employed by the Company as General Counsel since September 2017. She has extensive experience as legal counsel for Fortune 500 companies in the chemical, manufacturing, medical device and health care industries. In addition to her corporate experience, she practiced as a transactional attorney for four years at a firm she founded and as a trial lawyer for six years with the Chicago firm of Edwards, Wildman Palmer LLP. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois in 1984 and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1987. She is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Wisconsin.
